Currently KTC Kazakhstan LLP is an actively developing manufacturer of metal road and bridge fencing, providing for antirust treatment of structures for road safety at its own hot-dip galvanizing plant

KTC Kazakhstan LLP is one of the leading enterprises in the Republic of Kazakhstan producing road and bridge fencing, restraining and limiting pedestrian barriers , corrugated metal structures, corrugated pipes, street lighting poles, power transmission line poles, masts, lightning rods, providing for antirust treatment of structures at its own hot-dip galvanizing plant

Nomenclature of manufactured products:
  • metal barriers: for roads and bridges
  • lighting poles, lighting towers, communication masts, lightning rods, signal posts, communication towers
  • structures for overhead railway system
  • prefabricated corrugated metal structures for utilities (corrugation parameters - 130 x 32.5 mm, 150х50 mm, 200х55 mm, 381х142 mm), integral corrugated pipes
  • multisided and lattice power transmission line poles (power - up to 750 kW)
Anticorrosive treatment:
  • Upon a customer’s request, all the fencing elements shall be provided with an anti-corrosion coating using the hot-dip galvanizing method, which is one of the most effective. The service life of galvanized structures is more than 15 years.
We install
  • KTC Kazakhstan LLP provides for road and bridge fencing installation/dismantling services. Special mobile teams, provided with special equipment, allow to deal with an issue of roads construction in a comprehensive manner.
In 2017 KTC Kazakhstan started to perform installation and dismantling of protection fencing; for this purpose a self-propelled pile driving unit ORTECO ВТР 1000 HD, produced in Italy, was purchased. We have a complete set of equipment and installation teams to perform installation. In 2017 contracts were signed and the following areas were installed on sites: Kazpaco LLP, ABK Avtodor NS LLP and Todini OJSC
Domestic production
The structures in production are manufactures in confirmed compliance with State standard, each batch of products is provided with a CT-KZ certificate, confirming Kazakhstani content of products
Quality guaranty
The service life of galvanized structures is more than 15 years.
